SchoolFacilityFunds is built by Bill Fairchild, a school facilities manager with more than 15 years of experience running K-12 buildings, and an MS in Facilities Management from Purdue.

Facilities teams lose money every year to grants they never hear about and rebates that quietly ended. This site tracks what is really available, links to the official source for every entry, and shows when each one was last checked. Where we don't know something, we say "unknown" instead of guessing.
